Meet the Team
The people behind JW's three-division platform — combining deep construction expertise, real estate capital knowledge, and architectural creativity to serve clients at every level of the built environment.
Ali Husnain
Ali founded JW Construction Estimating with a commitment to delivering the most accurate, fastest, and most reliable cost estimates in the industry. With 7+ years of hands-on construction cost management across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, Ali has led a team that has completed over 3,500 projects totaling $175M+ in value.
His vision: estimating services that match the caliber of the buildings they help build.
David Nicolosi
David Nicolosi is the principal behind Azure Advisors and co-founder of JW's Capital Advisory division. With extensive experience across ground-up development, owner's representation, preconstruction advisory, and complex capital project oversight, David brings a rare combination of financial acumen and construction-level execution knowledge.
His advisory practice has supported over $12 billion in capital across 100+ projects in 20+ U.S. markets — helping private equity funds, developers, lenders, and family offices navigate the execution phase where returns are actually won or lost.
